To go beyond the traditional kinds of chocolate, the Au Roi Soleil shop asked its craftsmen to explore all the different forms of chocolate: aiguillettes, mendiants, croquamandes, strips of orange, pellets… as many creative possibilities to tantalize one’s taste buds.
